Birch Grove

Dear Parents,
It's going to be a wonderful year!  I'm looking forward to working together with you to make this year an exciting and memorable one for you and your child.  I have been teaching in the Tolland School District for 26 years and have been very lucky to have had the experience of teaching preschool through 3rd grade. I live in Mansfield CT with my husband and two children. My husband, Michael is a fourth grade teacher in Ashford.  My son, Nathan, is a recent graduate of UCONN, has a job and an apartment! Yay!  My daughter, Maddie, is a sophomore at EO Smith, and loves to sing, dance and act.  As you can see, my life is very similar to yours.  I am either teaching, running to one of my children's activities or hopefully spending some quiet family time together. I have created this web page so that I can share with you my expectations and our classroom activities.  I am hopeful that you find it easily accessible and informative.  I continually check my emails.  Please feel free to contact me at any time.
